I purchased several Earlywood pieces, wanted to mix & match to create my own set. I ordered the sauté set, cooking spoon, scraper spoon, serving spoons, ladle, and tasting spoons. I use these every day and love them all. The quality is outstanding and the various wood types make for a beautiful display on my counter. Each piece does its job to perfection and cleans up nicely afterwards. Can’t say enough good things, looking forward to adding to my collection.
Absolutely perfect in every way. I use my flat sauté literally every time I cook. They’re so well made, fit nicely in the hand, and excel at stirring, mixing, flipping, and tossing. Like an extension of my arm!
So far they're nice. They have the thinness i was looking for and the edge tapers nicely for when I'm breaking up ground beef for chili or a Bolognese sauce, and honestly one cannot beat the cost of three at $39 when other's cost that much for one.
These minimalist culinary tools are sleek, elegant, functional and harmless to my pans. I will be getting more for others and myself.
