the shop guys and gals...

It's hard work out on the shop floor. You have to pay attention at all times, and you are always holding, pushing, cutting, shaping, or moving something. Fingers get tired, backs get sore, knuckles get scraped, feet get tired, and shoulders get tight. Earlywood could not exist without the hard dedicated work that happens in the shop every day.
